We cordially invite all newly enrolled students to read the important information presented below, constituting a compendium of the first-year student's knowledge and introducing them to the world of studying at the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Collecting a student ID
In order to collect your student ID, you should go to the Student Office (room 0.6) from 02/10/2023. This applies to people who have accepted the oath in the USOS system and paid for the ID card.
Each new student receives an e-mail account and the address in the pw.edu.pl domain. These addresses should be used in correspondence with employees of the Faculty, including the Student Office staff. E-mail box access is possible through the ESiMR section on the Faculty's website (in the upper right corner) or the portal.office.com website. The e-mail password can be reset after logging in to the USOS system, in the tab 'Student's section' --> 'Office 365'
Health and safety training
Compulsory health and safety training for first-year students will be held online (via MS Teams). You will gain access to self-study materials. After reading these materials, you must complete the test. You will receive the necessary information, including deadlines, instructions, access codes/joining the group in MS Teams to individual e-mail addresses in the pw.edu.pl domain. Failure to pass the health and safety training prevents further participation in classes.
Library training
Compulsory library training for first-year students of full-time and part-time first-cycle studies will be held on-line. You will receive the necessary information on individual e-mail addresses in the pw.edu.pl domain.
Payments
In the USOS system, in the 'Student's section' -> 'Accounting' tab, each student is provided with an information regarding payment for studies, including the number of the individual bank account.

Information on scholarships (regulations, templates of necessary documents and deadlines) available for students of the Warsaw University of Technology can be found:
