A brief outline:
Lecture
  • Presentation of the content of the course to discuss the recommended literature and rules complete the course.
  • The methodology of mechatronic design (conceptual design, generate the first population of solutions, choose the best solution, system identification, control system modification).
  • Designing mechatronic systems (intelligent mechatronic device, a hierarchical system architecture, technological and general procedures for design).
  • Information processing in the control system (sensors in mechatronic system, incremental encoders and absolute sensory systems built, the structure and flow of information in the mechatronics).
  • Mechatronic drive (the general concept, the construction of the control system, the electronic synchronization of movements).
  • Principles of non-linearity compensation in mechatronic systems - the use of control, functional description of the damage mechatronics.
  • Determination of project areas on an imaginary plane (the study of stability of the system).
  • Designing the frequency domain compensators (fixed errors, the test sensitivity of the control system).
  • Designing in Matlab (Control System Toolbox, Matlab Simulink.
Laboratory
  • Programming and dynamic modeling using the analogy of a computer program AMESim.
  • The programming and simulation of the feedback loop using the computer program Matlab.
  • Examination of the stability of dynamical systems using methods root lines.
  • The study controls engine speed and gear ratios using the computer program Matlab and Simulink.
